HANSEN Garments offers a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, allowing you to return items for a refund or exchange provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Register Your Return

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

Ship the Items

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
